NCIBC classes will be offered on a four-year rotation schedule, so each class will only be taught every four years. However, students may enroll at the beginning of any academic year.
All classes will meet on Saturday evenings from 5:00 to 9:00 p.m. at Church of the Heartland’s Winamac campus, located at 890 E. S.R. 14.
