Comments from some of our former NCIBC graduates:
“Bible school put things and knowledge into our spirit that we really didn’t appreciate until afterward. When ministering now, Scriptures just come from my heart to the people.
I loved the opportunity to learn and grow in what He had for us to do.
Currently we are leading Divorce Care ministry at our church and also have a Connect group in our home where we minister more one on one.”
Howard and Barb Hickman (in 60’s+)
Graduates of 2000
“The most interesting part of Bible College was all the light bulb moments.
- Through NCIBC, I’ve seen what Christianity really means, loving in a way that I never knew I could, and I found out God loves me for me.
- Financially many changes have occurred because of NCIBC teachings. I have learned what tithing means… its not giving money to a person. It is happily giving God the part He needs to further His Kingdom. I love to bless others and I have learned that I am blessed in return. When I started NCIBC, I was so far in debt. But now, my husband and I have paid our debts off bill by bill.
I thank God for NCIBC as well as COTH. I would not be who I am today if I had not allowed the changes to happen. We can all stop God working in our lives. And, sometimes it’s a daily battle. So I encourage all of you to consider a NCIBC challenge.. you will not be who you were when you entered….”

And finally a message from former student, Williams Beshiisha, Heartland’s Ugandan Son.
“NCIBC has been a blessing to your African brother in such a tremendous way!
- Ministry with Williams in Africa is a by-product of NCIBC.
- This was the timing I got to know who I am in Christ,
- I came to know my calling, and the vision came vividly.
- Working relationships were healthier than I would have been in my nut-shell.
- This was a time to go through the whole Bible.
- Message preparations were attained.
- I gained leadership skills and ethics.
- Much of the challenges are solved quickly due to NCIBC training to life aspects.
- Lives are transformed as to the NCIBC principles. They are more lively than theories.
So I’m proud of NCIBC, that it is still passing over students to expand God’s Kingdom.”
Following his Bible College training, Williams returned to Uganda and started Grace International Bible College to train and equip Christian leaders and pastors in remote areas.
Currently Williams is Senior Pastor of Word of Life Church in Uganda, East Africa. He is a Pastor of Pastors and now the Father of precious children at Grace Children’s Home Uganda.
