NCIBC was birthed from a vision of Pastor Herb and Sandy Hiatt in 1995. The vision was to train and equip believers to serve God fully, passionately and faithfully!
In 1995, after a life changing year of Bible College in L.A., Pastor Heath, together with Pastor Herb & Sandy, launched the first year of NCIBC.
Since then over 200 students have taken classes. 55 have received their Associates Degrees in Christian Ministry and 49 their Bachelor’s Degree. From Winamac to Uganda, East Africa, graduates are serving God in ministry!
